Privacy Policy: Dark Mode for GoHighLevel

1. Who we are

The Chrome extension “Dark Mode for GoHighLevel” (the “Extension”) is published by FUJI SYSTEMS. Contact: office@fuji-systems.com. For our full legal name and address, see our legal notice (Impressum).

2. What the Extension does

The Extension only changes the visual styling of GoHighLevel pages in your browser by applying a dark theme. It does not read, collect or change the content of your GoHighLevel account for any other purpose.

3. Data we store

The Extension stores your theme preference (for example, whether dark mode is on, and your chosen settings) locally in your browser using the chrome.storage API. This data does not leave your browser and is never sent to us or to any third party. You can delete it at any time by removing the Extension.

4. No collection, transmission or sale of personal data

The Extension does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. It contains no analytics, tracking or advertising code, and it loads no remote code. All code that runs is included in the Extension package reviewed by the Chrome Web Store.

5. Permissions and why we need them

  • storage: to save your theme preference locally on your device.
  • scripting: to apply the dark mode styles to GoHighLevel pages.
  • activeTab: to apply or toggle the theme on the tab you are currently using when you interact with the Extension.
  • Host permissions for GoHighLevel domains: to let the Extension restyle GoHighLevel pages, and only those pages.

6. Optional PRO purchase

The Extension offers an optional PRO version for a one-time payment of $4.99. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, under that provider’s own privacy policy. The Extension itself does not process or store any card or payment data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy, for example if the Extension’s features change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown below.

8. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or your data, email us at office@fuji-systems.com. Our postal address is listed in our Impressum.
